• Are your products handmade?

    Almost every one of the items in our shop are handmade by Sam (Owner & creator) in small batches. We also offer a limited selection of thoughtfully curated pieces from other makers that complement her work.
    Because items are handmade and not mass-produced, slight variations in stitching, fabric placement, and detail may occur—this is part of what makes each piece unique.
  • What is your return policy?

    Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
    If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.
  • Do you accept exchanges?

    At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about an item before purchasing, feel free to reach out—We're happy to help!
  • What if my package is lost or delayed?

    Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
    If your package appears lost or delayed:

    Reach out to the shipping carrier directly

    You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

    Lay flat or hang to dry
    Avoid high heat
